Along the employee entry corridor, a dynamic digital display highlights milestones, birthdays, and events from across Dempsey’s six locations, reinforcing a sense of unity and recognition. A detailed timeline traces the company’s evolution and reminds every team member that they are part of an ongoing story of growth and excellence.
Upon entering the lobby, visitors are greeted by a design language inspired by Dempsey’s laundry craft. The laminated glass panels display photographs in the custom railing system making it clear that the company has a long history and passion for laundry. The reception desk and stairs echo the folding and overlapping of laundry and the waiting area highlights the company Vision and reinforces the Sense of Family.
The headquarters serves as a prototype for brand consistency across all six facilities. The result is a space that honors Dempsey’s deep heritage while providing an inspiring, modern environment where employees feel valued, connected, and proud to be part of the Dempsey Difference.
