Freedlove is more than just a store. It’s a celebration of personal style, creativity, and playful living. The design feels approachable yet dynamic, curated yet ever-changing. To preserve resources and honor the existing architecture, much of the original interior was retained, including built-in wall units, while strategically inserting new elements that would redefine the experience.
To activate the long, narrow footprint and draw customers deeper into the store, a rhythmic ceiling installation of suspended wooden slats was introduced. These slats vary in angle and spacing to create movement overhead, adding energy and visual interest to the space without overwhelming it.
Along the perimeter, wall-mounted wooden panels house an integrated puck-based merchandising system by CUBIC, allowing the display of fashion, accessories, and lifestyle items with total flexibility. Custom modular wood fixtures can be reconfigured or relocated to support different layouts and storytelling moments, empowering the staff to create new visual vignettes with ease. The result is a bright, inviting, and ever-adaptable space that encourages exploration, reflects the personality of the brand, and makes every visit feel like a new adventure.
