ID Logistics U.S. Headquarters Feasibility Study

Scranton, PA
The goal of this project was to evaluate the feasibility of transforming an existing facility into the new U.S. headquarters for ID Logistics, a global logistics leader headquartered in France.

Following ID Logistics’ acquisition of Kane Logistics, the company sought to bring the Scranton location up to international brand standards while planning for phased growth.

The design introduces a stronger, more intuitive entry sequence and a layout that improves departmental flow and operational efficiency. Skylights bring daylight deep into interior spaces that previously lacked windows, creating a bright, welcoming environment that supports productivity and morale. The main work area acts as an organizing spine, anchored by a central Town Center that encourages collaboration and “casual collisions.”

Architectural and branded design elements celebrate ID Logistics’ story and industry. Booths reminiscent of truck docks, route maps embedded in glass partitions, and graphics inspired by motion and connectivity all express the company’s global reach and precision. The result is a workplace that not only meets operational needs but also immerses employees and visitors in the brand’s values.
