In partnership with college leadership, the design team mapped out a multi-phase vision that reorganizes vehicular access, introduces roundabout configurations, redefines parking zones, and develops a more welcoming main entrance. By re-imagining key campus arteries and parking layouts, the master plan frames a smarter circulation network and stronger visual brand for the institution.
At the heart of the project is the integration of fresh landscape design and signage-driven wayfinding that unifies diverse campus zones. The planned streetscape improvements along College Avenue include improved sidewalks, lighting, landscaping, and new signage to reinforce Keystone College’s identity and enhance the everyday experience of students, staff and visitors alike.
