Located in downtown Scranton, 426 Mulberry is a renovation of the historic Art Deco building that once housed the Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce. The restored 20th century building includes 39 apartments, in addition to retail space on the ground level. This interior design project required finish selections in the units and common spaces including granite counter tops, hardwood flooring, and other modern touches. Historic features of the building, such as bookcases, fireplaces, and balconies remain, adding special character and making each unit unique.
