Renovations to the lodge at Montage Mountain Resort included a new look for the bar and restaurant, Slocum Hollow. Based on the original name for the city of Scranton, Slocum Hollow, introduces a modern feel to the lodge with nods to the area’s historic past. A historic photograph was retouched and enlarged as a graphic feature wall behind the bar. A row of cascading light bulbs hanging at varying heights above the bar creates a dramatic light feature.
